One week left
I have one week before I finish work for the Christmas Holidays. I’ll be glad of the break but honestly going to miss this place. Just in the past couple of weeks I have been Organizing Tours, Helping on Tours, Performing some music on Tour and getting lots of work assigned for the new year.
Catch up
Now that Novembers well and truly over I can actually take time to write about what happened.
My office work got pretty busy as the build-up to the Christmas tours snowballed but I guess i coped since Robin Hood is now on the road.
I have been given the chance to go out on a few tours as well, Christmas Chestnuts, which went down to Bishops Stortford had me along to help with heavy lifting and front of house. It was nice to get out of the office and great to speak to the audience after the show.
Just this week I went to Mapperley in Nottingham to help out with An Angels Delight on there first show.
I only have a few days in the office now in till I go out with Christmas Chestnuts again Sunday and Monday. I’ll let you know how that goes next week.
busy busy.
I would ask you to pray for the teams as they spend a lot of time away from dudley going from venue to venue. there are a few breaks between in the lead up till christmas but still they are in for the long haul.
Also pray for Monday 7th as I perform a few songs in Wrexham with Christmas Chestnuts and also for Tuesday 8th Which i will be an Exhibitor at a conference.
Reason
why no blog entries? I’m kept pretty busy. But I get to go shopping this afternoon. Good times.
We made it.
So, it’s Friday.
It’s been a pretty hectic week. Monday saw a busy day of pure admin work, sorting out a Christmas production, which now looks much further along. Good times.
Tuesday I helped the technicians set-up in Malvern for the production of Faustus, which has two shows left in Worchester tonight and tomorrow.
It’s been good so far but pray for energy for the team to see them over the line.
Wednesday and Thursday were gone as soon as they arrived. The only memorable part of it was a 5:00am run of 4.5miles and signing David Robinson up for a weekly morning run.
So, it brings us to today. This morning already we have signed Saltmine up to Twitter and will be sorting out other social networking sites to keep people updated with tours, events and goings on within the theatre company.
